Fundraising
Of course we accept donations at any time but we also spend a lot of time developing and holding creative fundraisers so that we can provide financial support. From Harmonies for Hope Benefit Festival to Pie the Princess to Once Upon a Tail, we LOVE to have fun with our community! Drawing our communities closer and at the same time supporting those who we serve makes our "job" so incredibly rewarding! Emotional Support
One of our favorite ongoing projects is personal visitation. Whether at the hospital, nursing home, at home or in the community, we love to spend time with those we serve and love on them as much as we can.
Material Support
For those who are facing extended hospital stays one of the things we hear most often is that they miss the comforts of home and distractions to pass the time. One of our favorite projects is working with our partner, The Zebra Network to provide personal hygiene and cosmetic items for the Warrior Glam Bag Project. These small cosmetic bags contain cosmetic items, brushes, make up cleansing wipes, etc. that we hand deliver to our local hospitals.
